- Refund and Return Conditions
If the item you receive has quality issues or does not match the description on our website, you may submit a request for a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must remain in an unused condition, with its original packaging intact, and include all accessories and instruction manuals.
With the exception of quality-related issues, items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund Process
Please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
Once our customer service team approves your return request, they will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Please ensure that you include the RMA number inside the return package to facilitate the processing of your refund.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days; the funds will be returned to your original payment account.
- Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item), this website will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for reasons other than quality issues (e.g., personal preference or ordering by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
